Goat Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Basil Sauce

0 16

I just LOVE cheese ravioli so when a friend invited me over for a ravioli dinner I happily accepted. She asked that I bring over some Parmesan cheese which turned out to be a good thing as I wanted to test my new Savora Rotary Cheese Grater.  I’ve experienced the sexy efficiency of rotary graters at Italian restaurants and always wanted this cool gadget for myself.  And after testing it… the Savora grater is stylish, sleek, ergonomically designed and extremely functional. It comes in an array of beautiful colors, is very easy to clean and best of all…. it is quite affordable at $29.99 – $37.94. This truly is the Rolls Royce of cheese graters. I love it!
