Living up to my Italian heritage, I love to entertain Mediterranean style starting a memorable meal with an aperitif to stimulate the appetite. This could be as simple as a glass of bubbly, wine or a luscious liqueur on the rocks, but I thought I’d step into the wacky word of Hendrick’s Gin for something different. You should go to their website and explore a bit – it is a trip!
As they tout on their site: We seek out those who embrace the unusual, and you’ll find that our gin is much loved by a handful of curious individuals all over the world. We invite you to join the merry few. Do mix yourself a scrumptious tipple.
OK so here we go: The Hendricks Separatist Gimlet by Paul Henrichs
