Easter Sunday Roast Lamb Dinner

Easter dinner: watecress soup,  roast lamb, creamed carrots, spring peas, and roast potatoes – ending on a high note with vanilla cake, strawberries and whipped cream and champagne with hibiscus. And of course…. easter chocolates from Lilac (NYC). Delish – thank you Virginia!  See you next year!
