The vibrant taste of La Poire is deliciously balanced with the subtly sweet, crisp flavor of the prized Anjou pear. Ideal for night cap, cocktail hour, after dinner or served as an aperitif.
Ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire
1 part Vanilla Liqueur (pref. Cuarenta y Tres/Licor 43)
1 part Fresh Pressed Lemon Juice
3/3 part, Sugar Syrup
Pear Slice as Garnish
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with pear slice.
TIP: If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, adjust the simple syrup and lemon juice to 1 part each
