A blender is one of the most useful kitchen tools I own. I use it for so many things: smoothies, pureeing soup, sauces, dips – and of course whipping up a batch of margaritas! Here is one of my favorite summer recipes: Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce. Using a blender gives you this luscious dipping sauce. There will be leftover sauce. Trust me this is a good thing as you’ll happily use it as a dipping sauce for grilled steak, pork or vegetables. Add some on top of a salad for a delicious Thai flavored kick.
