There is a beautiful magic that happens around ice-cream. Give a child or an adult an ice cream cone and watch silence approach as they focus all their attention on embracing this flavorful treat – licking and swirling a tongue across the surface, catching a drop of melting cream, sucking the cream from the bottom of a sugar cone – its a perennial joy for young and old alike.
