One of the holiday parties I attended served up this festive salad. All you need is a plate of frisee lettuce, arrange pomegranates seeds around the edge of the plate, add olive oil, salt and pepper and serve. The tartness of the pomegranates takes the place of lemon or vinegar. Can it get any easier?
