Lemon Tarragon Shrimp

Here is a quick and easy shrimp appetizer to whet the appetite. The mild anise, or licorice-like flavor of tarragon pairs perfectly with seafood and blends well when combined with lemon.  We prefer French tarragon over Russian tarragon which is not as flavorful.  Serve this dish just before your main Seduction Meal. Lemon Tarragon Shrimp pairs well with a glass of your favorite white wine or champagne.
