I can’t stop eating these delicious muffins, which is exactly why I don’t bake. I just can’t help myself when these sweet morsels are there for the taking. So, having a basket of rhubarb and being seduced by a recipe from Saveur.com, I couldn’t help but dive in. And yes, I am now eating way to many muffins but damn, they are good! I’ve always loved the combo of rhubarb and strawberries so I added a few strawberries to the recipe. That and a good cup of coffee – and I’m in heaven!
