An Argentinian Chilean Affair in Dallas

Imagine my delight when my brother said we were going to dine with the charasmatic, award-winning Chef Richard Chamberlain on my recent visit to Dallas. Well, we weren’t exactly dining with him, rather we were attending one of his monthly themed cooking demo dinner events. This event was a tribute to a recent trip he made to Argentinian and Chilean vineyards and restaurants. Dinner takes place in the main dining area of the restaurant – a large yet intimate space with a cooking station and a video screen that features live-cooking demonstrations and a slide show of his trip. Our table thoroughly enjoyed the evening and the eclectic menu. Here are a few photos of our experience as well as a recipe from the menu. We’ll roll out a few recipes in upcoming blogs.
