Food Porn Friday: Mexican Fiesta

This week’s Food Porn topic is the result of an invitation to a friend’s downtown loft for dinner. A friend that is a sensational cook. A friend who tells fascinating stories, and a friend (well two friends really) that I must thank for sharing their memorable Mexican Fiesta! Perfectly broiled swordfish, cooked with kale and spinach, topped with a spicy peach cilantro salsa. For a side dish we had Mexican Mushrooms; broiled mushrooms with corn, onions, lots of garlic and finished with a healthy dash of Epazote, an herb common to Mexican cooking that has a slightly tangy flavor, reminiscent of oregano.
